Activity alignment

Florida's current B.E.S.T. structure has a single handwriting benchmark per grade. There is no benchmark for an individual letter, word list, or numeral formation, so activities are described as supporting development toward a benchmark rather than meeting it.

A note on accuracy

An earlier version of this app referenced ELA.3.F.1.1 as a cursive handwriting standard. That benchmark does not exist in the Florida B.E.S.T. Standards β€” handwriting lives in the Communication strand (ELA.<grade>.C.1.1), not the Foundational Skills strand. It has been removed and replaced with verified benchmarks.
